If you need to put waste in your bin, please ensure its bagged so our operator can remove it, clean your bin then place it back afterwards.
Yes, Everyone will receive a text message the day before your clean.
The only times we will be unable to clean your bin is if : The bin has not been emptied / not accessible / hazardous waste has been in there.
Paint residue, Animal Faeces, Oil Residue or any other hazardous chemicals.

We are SUPER eco-friendly. All our our cleaning chemicals are 100% eco friendly & pet friendly and we recycle our water onboard our vehicles so we can re-use it throughout the day.
Our vehicles are equipped with a 5 stage filtration system. This ensures the water stays clean throughout every day. At the end of each day all our water is discharged at our registered legal drop off point.
No, nobody needs to be home for cleaning unless you have agreed to pay cash.
When there is a bank holiday we will most of the time clean your bins the same day they are emptied or we will still come the day after they are emptied.
We operate all year round apart from 2 weeks over Christmas. This is to allow the councils to get back on track with there emptying schedules.
