1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of wheelie bin cleaning services by Eco Bin Bot UK Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) to the customer (“you”, “your”).
1.2 By booking or receiving our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services Provided
2.1 We provide cleaning of domestic and commercial wheelie bins at the frequency agreed during booking.
2.2 Services are carried out on scheduled collection days or as otherwise notified.
2.3 We reserve the right to amend or withdraw services due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, vehicle breakdown, local authority changes).

3. Access to Bins
3.1 You are responsible for ensuring bins are available and accessible for cleaning on the scheduled day.
3.2 If bins are locked, filled with waste preventing cleaning, contaminated with hazardous materials, or otherwise inaccessible, the service may be missed without refund.

4. Payment & Fees
4.1 Payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed.
4.2 We accept payment by direct debit, card, or other approved methods.
4.3 If payment is not received, services may be suspended until full payment is made.
4.4 Prices are subject to change; we will provide notice of any changes before your next scheduled payment.

5. Cancellations & Refunds
5.1 You may cancel your service by providing at least 14 days’ written notice.
5.2 No refunds will be issued for missed cleans due to lack of access or bins not being presented.
5.3 In the unlikely event we are unable to provide the service due to our fault, a credit or rescheduled clean will be offered.

6. Health & Safety
6.1 We comply with all relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation.
6.2 We will not clean bins containing hazardous, dangerous, or prohibited substances.
6.3 We use eco-friendly cleaning methods and products, but we are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing bin defects.

7. Liability
7.1 We are insured for public liability, but our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
7.2 We are not responsible for damage to bins resulting from wear and tear, manufacturing defects, or improper use by the customer.
7.3 We accept no liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

8. Customer Responsibilities
8.1 Ensure bins are emptied by the local authority before scheduled cleaning.
8.2 Provide safe access to bins (e.g., free from obstructions, pets, or locked gates).
8.3 Inform us promptly of any changes to contact details, address, or bin requirements.

9. Termination
9.1 We may terminate services with immediate effect if you breach these Terms or misuse our services.
9.2 Any outstanding fees remain payable upon termination.

10. Data Protection
10.1 We collect and process your personal data in line with UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
10.2 Details are used solely for providing services and will not be shared without consent, unless required by law.

11. Governing Law
11.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
11.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
